So brilliant!!! And what a way to start off what will probably be the next new paper toy craze, with Maarten and Shin. I love the interchangeability, it's like having four toys in two. Looking forward to more additions. Great job!

I love this! And I agree that any project that conserves paper is a wonderful thing, paper toys are great for this very reason, they make paper that much more valuable, you want to keep it forever. I've printed almost exclusively on recycled paper and w/o gloss coating, it is just as lovely as a final product but cutting and scoring are a bit different, I use a lighter hand on recycled paper stock.

Very cool! Way to go dude!
That being said, just curious -
Anyone out there ever try printing on recycled paper?
How did the colors turn out, and does the material work well with paper toys?

Hi PTAdventures, I'm referring to UpTheEgg magazine which ended up as the webzine these kits can be downloaded from. Saving some trees along the way, so I guess that's fine by me :)

Sorry, I'm a bit late in the game. What magazine are you referring to? Regardless, very happy for you dude! Congratulations! I hope the crisis stuff was not that troublesome!

Me, I'm happy as well! It took ages just to get the models (and the plan) finished, so when these guys were done we had the feeling we were truly 'on to something'. And I was plain proud :) Then crisis-type stuff kicked in, but I have to say Mike Wohlwend kept believing in his project (it was meant to be a physical magazine first) and here we are.

If some of you have an idea of model, you can contact him. Things will move a lot faster now :)
