My friend Daniel M. Davis has a new book out, Monster Commute Book 2. Like Book 1 this is a collection of strips from the Web comic of the same name. It's great, of course, but this time around Daniel is offering a Monster Commute paper toy.
Grab it here.

Abz: Daniel has a lot of great work. I meet him in Phoenix a few years ago and became a fan right away. He self-publishes, runs an on-line store, does the big (and some small) comic cons; he's a solid example of DIY and making doing what you love. The print came with the book as part of a package deal; you'll have to look at the listings on the monster commute site to see what the options are. There tend to be better choices earlier on during the "raise money to help get the book printed" campaign. But you can buy prints separate from the book on his site.
Daniel runs a local illustrator group in Phoenix, AZ, called Tiny Army. A few months ago I gave a presentation there on papercraft, urban paper toys, and pop-up books. I'm trying to get more artists to dive in and make toys.
