Nice Paper Toys

The Papertoy Network!

I would like to introduce my new original toy model, Yanci the Yeti. Yanci was derived from an illustration I recently completed for another project. I wanted to try to create a toy that looked like it was in motion since I had never done that before. It took some time (2 months and 8 full builds) to get him ready to meet his public, but I think Yanci came out splendidly. Look for more Yanci toys in the future. If you want to build your own Yanci, go to and download the template.

Here are some images of other Yanci items I have been working on:

Wowser! You're on fire, Scott! Yanci is awesome. Super design, loving the cut out sections which lend that added depth. Love his stance as well. He looks like he's mid-dance. :) Another job well done!

I really like this model, the face back and above the stable form of the foot.
You're a great worker in this period ;-)

Love the multilayered "windowed" face and tummy under the fur! Impressive to see this papertoy as part of a multi-faceted event.
