Mr. WalkieTalkie- use a tool like a knife or dotter, to put a fine line down the edge, without cutting all the way through the paper. Then, just bend it 90 degrees and it becomes a rounded edge.

I must confess that I love the stuff that you make: it's always "outside the box" .... it always makes me think about papertoy and what you can do with it..
