Game Developers Conference 2011 using paper toys as announcements
Just Got this in the mail after coming back from the CES show. GDC is using Cubee Crafts templates as part of their announcement and recruitment for people to come to the show. I think they did a great job and feel free to take a look at the pics. Unfortunatley I did not win a free pass :( but they also did not incorporate any AR or QR codes so not to forward thinging on the tech side yet. Enjoy!

Nice! I haven't even seen these done and printed yet.
This is the fourth or fifth die-cut project I've worked on (other promotional work such as the Wario DIY giveaway and the upcoming books from Penguin).
It's interesting that I have to slightly alter the template each time depending on the capabilities of whoever is making the final die, so in each instance the tabs are a slightly different shape.

PS - The "lucky" ones are gold instead of silver and have the codes on them.
