I didn't liked the Gearwheell, so I went back to Inkscape, made a new 9 teeth gearwheel, and did Path>Dinamic Offset to it.
Changed the Offset, from Object to Path, combined the 2 Paths, and done the labourious routine of eliminating the curved segments, and joining the straight lines between the 2 Paths, that's Break Path at selected nodes, and join selected nodes with a new segment...…

Made from Inkscape's Extensins>Render>Gear, I added the needed parts, piece by piece, like add a square, snap to Path, rotate 40 degrees, group...

This great new opportunity Computer aided Paperctaft gives for a lot of Modeling, and Gizmo fun, got me thinking, why only Paper, great Media it is, there's also Plastic Sheet, and so many others...
So I came up with this Crease Rig, just some Meccano pieces, to make a slot, and a third one, to make a neat and easy Crease, on harder meterial:
