My first paper toy (Shelf Buddies) is complete. I have the instructions, template and completed model pics up on this site and i am looking for some people to make some custom designs for me. You will get full credit for your contribution to the project and once I get my own site up and running, you will also get a mention there. i am hoping to get around 10-12 designs for this "series". I know that i am probrably being WAY too optimistic, but im trying to be positive!
So please, send me a message on my profile and i'll get in touch with you :)
I am really excited about this project and i hope it goes far...ish... : P
P.S. I am going to send everyone on the site a message about this project so if you do not want to be a part of it then simply do not reply. if you DO wish to contribute, then message me on my profile right here on Nice Paper Toys.
Thanks Erik! Did you say that you are too young to make your own paper toys? That's just crazy talk, my friend. It just takes some patients and creativity. I suggest downloading some templates from different artists and seeing how they are made, and then try to make your own using similar techniques. Bryan Rollins shows a little of his process on his blog... http://youdontseeus.blogspot.com/
Perhaps that will help some. Give it a try. Start simple. And feel free to ask questions and post your progress here for input from other members. :)
