Last Speakerdog outta' tha' kennel

I was sad to read earlier this week that the Speakerdog series was ending, but after a run of 6 years that is pretty impressive. I wanted to share with our paper community the first custom I ever designed, Speakerdog "Oni". This guy was originally supposed to be in the 7th series of Speakerdogs but as of now has no home. New Gritty custom for 2010!!

Finally finished this custom despite numerous setbacks (like having no power for 4 days :( ) But its done, Gritty "Jiang shi". I modeled this guy after the legend of the Chinese hopping ghost. Your safe as long as his talisman mask stays on, but beware if you remove it. Chinese vampires have a need to steal Qi or breath energy, so just hold your breath. Happy holidays!…
