@Mike - Yes they are different pieces.  There are 3 straight pole pieces of different length, & you can choose whether to put a flat or beveled end cap.  Also, 3 shaped pieces to add a bit of character, then 6 other smaller features pieces.  It's up to the person building how many pieces, & which shapes to use.

Ha. Compared to a real tiki...It could be considered tiny.

So, these are individual pieces?

Well, I guess you can make it quite tall if you use a lot of pieces, but this 1 pictured is about 6 inches tall.  The "tiny" part of the name was to make it sound cuter :)
