Okay, so it'll be this big big guy with a huge body and smaller legs/head and big arms. The front of his chest will open up to reveal a photograph corresponding with the makeup on the rest of him. Like the example I put in the corner, you could have an old style scuba suit on the outside, and have an ocean/aquarium photo inside.
