    @Meth :Is it an ink-jet printer or laser printer ? Maybe the problem of toner cartridge or ink-box that Toner or ink is not enough , even it was damage . Change a new one and try again .

    @ Fivz It's a HP Photosmart 2570 all-in-one. And I think it's a problem with the contact points from cartridge to printer. I rent the computer and printer including internet, paper and ink for
    €8,- a month. So I don't know what other users do with it
