My new robotic assistant
We've been doing so many papertoys at work that they decided to by me a Craft Robo Pro cutter/plotter to help save time on all the hand cutting I was doing. There was a bit of a learning curve learning to use it but once I got the hang of it it's really fast and super accurate. Pretty sweet! The train in front is the first project I cut on the machine.

It works through a plug-in for Adobe Illustrator. It takes only a few minutes to set it up to cut. It did take about a week for me to feel like I know how to use it. a lot of trail and error for pressure and speed and blade depth. It doesn't print, but it uses registration marks to line up the cut with the print.
