    Is it a 3D decoupage/picture frame?

    The piece is a layered paper project (but not sealed in decoupage).  It is faux 3D.  It is in a shadow box frame 8.5 x 10.  I have other characters in the works so keep following.  Thank you for the kind words of encouragement.
