Thanks! Voltes V is not a Gundam, though. V5 is like, one of the predecessors of giant robots, including Gundams. The Gundam is a "sub-specie" of giant robots characterized by a protruding chin (commonly colored red). V5 is a giant robot that is formed through 5 attaching machines; similar to the modern Zords of the Power Rangers series.
