Brian--did you use any help or special equipment to help you "mass produce" these? I like this group photo--a cohesive set of characters that play off of some basic similarities, but with individual twists. Is this also somewhat of a "mix-n-match" parts concept?

HAHA! Yes, very special equipment. My hands. I would use elves, but they are never around when you need them. And with the new labor laws, it's just not worth it anyways.
No mix and match parts, just different designs.
