here are the seven members of the graff_gang. i am still thinking about, how to improve them.. i thought, to turn them more into a character, i'd give them some sneakers, but.. what do you think? any suggestions?

I still think you should do a run of both! Ordinary tool designs and character designs as well, or you could open it up to the people and leave blank character designs for people to customize! I want to do a Hugh heffner smoking jacket and slippers =) looking forward to your final decision, looks like there's a few fans of these already, another classic I think!
