The Shu Maru Problem

This is what I keep getting for all 3 pages of the Shu Maru papertoy by Jennifer Bryan(CreatureKebab) Every time I download it, the result is always the same. I even printed it to see if its just the computer but it came out smooshed down just like the pic :( Does anyone know why this is happening? UPDATE: Problem fixed! no need for anymore suggestions! :)

    The images I downloaded are squished when I view them with the windows viewer. When I open the image in Photoshop it looks just fine and the print preview looks good too. Try printing from a drawing program.
