the template comes from the Shin Tanaka pack that was posted in the Toy Sharers group here on NPT, I'll reupload it later today

As of the ears - funny that you ask, as I was really thinking how to do them best. These b/w ones were printed just on normal paper as 'test' objects to see how the whole toy works together

there are imho two ways - glue the body together first, then put the inside of the ears, or glue the front of ears first, then close the whole thing (this is more complicated, as you are glueing together four flaps at one time)

I use toothpicks to make sure the tops of ears are well glued together from the inside

Proper folding of all the flaps and the inside part is probably the most crucial step, then it's just your fingers vs paper

    Hope this helps ;)

Got it Greenelf, thanks. I was looking through his site, and this one isn't posted with the others for series 7.
