How are these pre-cut templates? No need for an exacto knife to help them along?

Ive been cutting them out along the pre-cut lines. If not it leaves little pills on the edges. Did you buy it off amazon?

I got mine from Amazon, and I'll buy at least one more copy, most likely 2. One for my children, and one for the archive. I use a blade to get them out, there are some spots where it'll tear if you're not careful.
