It's time

Papercraft is about sharing, creating, and collaborating. There are requests all over of people wanting pieces by certain artists and whatnot. I say that with all of our combined downloads and devotion, we deserve the right to share them with all.

I want to start a project to create one singular .RAR file that has everything anyone could possibly want, be it Shin, Speakerdog, or Matt Hawkins. I'm looking for anyone with rare or not so rare, but full template archives. Send your file to studnh@gmail.com, and together we will amass the greatest file in the history of papercraft.

    Hmmm, seems you have a negative attitude. Are you seven years old? If so, then I understand, if not, well, maybe you aren't the right person for this job. Regardless....

    My opinion on this subject is this: I want people to come to MY WEBSITE and LOOK AT MY ART, when they download my toys. Not click on a link to a rapidshare/megaupload file in a forum post, or going to some database site, skipping my website altogether.

    I could care less if my toys were "easy to obtain". What I care about is leading people to my site through my creations. Yeah, yeah, I know if a template is in the zip file and has a URL on it, people can still come, but somehow this idea sucks all the fun out of tracking something down.

    Are we collecting here, or just stockpiling?

    This whole thing is completely unnecessary. Feel free to respond, but I won't be looking at this thread again so I won't see what the response was. Sorry.

      Yo Dillon,

      I'm the one maraudin' the net at night, checkin' every side-path and back-alley, leavin' no stone unturned. And when I come up with toys no one has ever seen, man that's a rush.
      The plus is I get to see so many art and art forms, that I'd never have seen just downloadin' from mediafire, 4shared, rapidshare and a like.
      I got a huge archive but even that is chaotic, searchin' for toys, peeps ask me for becomes an adventure again diggin' up old friends and toys I totally forgot.
      I'm not talkin' 'bout rights and ownership, if it's on the net it's on the net.
      So I'm with Halancore on this one.

      Let's keep it fun & not bulk.
