A little problem
Hello guys, I'm in view to a little problem.
Few months ago, I've seen the template of the white Pangya/Albatross18 "Papel" (a cute corean videogame character) , made for a online site (http://a18.ogplanet.com/main.og).
This days, I make a black version, because I think the black papel is more "kawaï"! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jrt-rawKbSM&NR=1)
I don't post and share this work yet, because I'm not sure:
- Do I have to include the copyright of the character? (I think I have to)
- Can I have the right to custom this kind of template (commercial but free)? If I put on my template "unofficial version", do you think it'll be OK?

Well, my version is a little bit different, but... not any? What do you think? Do I have to say goodbye to my work? :(
