when we made that big MechaBunny for the show in Arnhem, we made a small stop-motion video capturing the process.. btw: the next two big ones like that are on their way, just cut them out yesterday.. (:

    the large one is made out of "forex", a kind of hardfoam;
    pretty good to cut and glue..but not really cheap.. ):
