Pippi Longstocking, a fictional character created by Astrid Lindgren, lives in a small Swedish village, sharing the house with her monkey, Mr. Nilsson, and her horse, Little Old Man, but no adults or relatives. Pippi's two main possessions are a suitcase full of gold coins (which she used to buy her horse) and a large chest of drawers containing various small treasures. ErroR Flynn is every helpdesk's superhero : when users are in distress ErroR Flynn fully automatically appears out of the nearest printer to solve coding problems, hardware failures and software glitches. He laughs in the face of (blue screens of ) death. His ultimate superweapon is The Rebooter, a gun that fires small shell scripts more rapidly than Al Capone's tommy gun.
