So I'm sure by now you can hear the new Paper Toy song playing in the background!!! Pretty cool, huh? The song is by our very own, Super Cooper's parent's band, Lave Diva. They wrote the song for Cooper's birthday party, and have given us permission to use it here on Nice Paper Toys!
If you listen closely you will hear them mention "Spiky Baby", "HedKase", "Squealer" and "Mechanical Man". That's right people, paper toys have graduated to rock star status! ;)
Anyhow, I hope you all enjoy the song. I think you will agree that it fits very nicely with Nice Paper Toys. Pretty cool to have our own theme song, don't ya think? :)
Big ups and big thanks to Johnny B (Cooper's Mom) and Lava Diva! You guys ROCK! (paper, scissors)
Zo dude, check the volume on the player. You will find the player on the main page, on the left side of the screen, all the way at the bottom of the side bar.
I second Marshall's request for a download. If bandwidth is an issue I can host it over on my site.
Also, and not to sound like a wet blanket - is there an account setting I can change so it doesn't automatically play every time I visit the site? I usually have something going on in the background when I'm perusing the interwebs and now it's like every time I come to the page I have to scroll all the way down to pause it so it doesn't have to compete with whatever I'm already listening to.
Hmm, that's a good point Chris. And one I wish I didn't have to respect. ;) But I can see how it would be annoying at times. There is no way to do that though. So I moved the player to the top of the side bar, and turned off auto play. For now anyways. ;) We'll see how that goes.
As for the mp3, Lave Diva has given me permission to release it. I just need to figure out where to put it for download. Bandwidth is not the issue. I'll let you know when it's available.
