I went over this in the Copyrights forum awhile ago.
this is touchy though....the dates on the files can do very little here, although if your program is registered that's really good proof, cause than you have a corporation to back you up as well, but if not...then no good.
NOW...if by any chance you have published it, that can easily clearify the project and hold up, and we can find out who the real copier may be.
Yo Phil, Come sta?
Just like MCK, I'd like to say it's a sad day! And only an hour ago I finished the "I love my sneakers" Bag-boy and I felt so good about it, such a nice and funky template. A pleasure to make. I hope you'll reconsider. Grtz & Make my funk the P-funk! & May the P be with you.
You know, I never thought that politics would find their way to this place in my life. I am saddened at how money has corrupted even this art form. I have found so much pleasure in building and creating creatures, beings and everything else all the wonderful artists have contributed to the scene over the years. I'm sorry Phil that negativity has come your way. It's very unfortunate, since you are one of the artists myself and countless others anxiously await new releases from.
Everyone must do what they believe is in their best interest and I totally understand protecting ones investment and creative expression. Imitation is the highest compliment but compliments don't pay the bills. Do what you have to do Phil but know that if you ever decide to do another model for public release, there are hundreds of folks who will be happier because of it and who always appreciate your contributions to the scene.
