Some weeks ago, I was in a "pixel art" mood, and I made a pixel template and some customs. The SKULLZ = 46x65 pixels, with a pixel art style, AND a removable head!

Four versions of Skully, the Deadly Skullz: Skully 1= a squelette

Skully 2= a ghost

Skully 3 = a scorched corpse

Skully 4 = a zombie

These are samll GIF: so you can edit the character and the size in Paint (But I made bigger templates (A4 300dpp) for the lazy boys ;) Only 5 minutes are necessary to make new characters! The flaps are grey. No dotted lines because the template is too little, so it's possible you don't understand how to build this papertoy. That's why I make this following image:
