$$$$$ for Custom Toys

Hey everyone,
My name's Matt and I've written a book called "Rocket-Punch Rangers: The Memoirs of Matty Boombatty" which has been run through a test audience with favourable results.
What it doesn't have is a cover. What I need is a custom papertoy and the template to create that cover.
I will pay US$100 for the best design and then run a competition for artists to create five more characters from the book using the template...the best five will win some vinyl toys from BBTS.

Here's where some artists have had concerns:
* Your work will be credited to you in the book and homepage links, pictures and full artist bio will be included. I am not going to steal anyone's work and claim it for my own. The original "RocketPunch Ranger" character will need to belong to me since I will have paid for it as a commission but the artist's name will still be attached to it.
* I am making no money from this book as it is a hardcover, print-on-demand, colour book that will be a limited run for friends and family so i can't offer a percentage.
* In the future I will be approaching a proper publisher and if the book is picked up then the $100 winning artist will then be approached to talk sales percentages.
* The characters made have to have some semblance to the main characters in the book and since they are all roguish, street smart, skateboarding toy nerds the paperart should be humanoid. You'll really need to contact me first so I can send you a short description of the main character, Matty Boombatty, since he is the "RocketPunch Ranger".

I'm really keen on showcasing your talent. I live in Australia and no one here knows you guys exist and I just can't believe it.
I really hope to hear from some talented guys or girls keen to get their gear out there for free and for prizes.
