Nice Paper Toys

The Papertoy Network!

And it's full of Glueless NaniBirds. Huh? No glue?!?!... Glueless NaniBirds are exactly what they sound like… you just pop 'em out, fold 'em and stick 'em together! I pretty much completely redesigned the original NaniBird template in order to achieve this tab and slot method of construction. My first release is a re-working of 4 of my original designs in a limited edition of only 250 of each. Depending on how it goes, I'm hoping to invite other artists to participate. They are professionally die cut and printed; and for the first time, I'm offering them for sale through the NaniBird shop. Collect all four!

Here's to supporting the future standard of monetizing all of our paper toy activities!

@VinsArt- Well, I'm shipping these from Japan so I'm not sure what the costs would be like from Italy... as for bluffing me, it's possible, but I expect (hope?) most people to be honest. Also, since it's not insured the buyer assumes the risk. However if someone really wants secure, insured mail service I can offer that too, just at a higher cost, unfortunately...

I would also like to do that in September a similar thing, a new work for sale in a limited number of pieces, I do not know how to make shipments outside Italy, and America, to keep the costs down, you say that this type of shipping is cheaper? could be done from italy? you say that is less secure, if a shipment does not arrive as you doing new shipment? can bluff someone to have two. also pre-cut sheet intriguing but already I have many questions. I believe that soon will buy the first.

@James- Yeah, they're big here. Been around for a long time. Kid's magazines here are full of them. Great sources of inspiration.

Thanks for the quick reply mckibillo.
I didn't know you were based in Japan.
I wonder how popular paper toys are in the land of origami.

Thanks James! I send everything out by standard airmail via the Japanese postal system. The advantages are, its the cheapest and fastest method (usually 3-6 days to North America and Europe, faster to Asia), the disadvantages are it's like regular mail, so it's uninsured and can't really track it like FedEx or UPS. But I really wanted to keep the costs down for everyone as I'm mailing this from Japan. ...I really should put a note about this on my shop.
