I agree that he took too much tedious work on what could be simplified with programs like Pepakura, or the Open source ones, like dxf2papercraft...

But I can't write Japanese to tell him about  that shortcut.

It's funny that I just discovered this video last night myself. I'm really disappointed at the amount of work it will take, but It's nice.

looks right up my street!! I have built the paper clock before but this looks a tad more difficult but i like a challenge, the only thing is that the instructions are in japanese...would have to get those translated for sure! ^__^
