So, after a very long development time, I'm ready to release another Papertoy. This is Chipper--Your Fast Food Friend. Inspired by the very practical designs of fast food packaging, Chipper is a character designed for modification. He's got plenty of room for artwork, and involves some mildly challenging paper-handling techniques. Rounded surfaces and curved folds make him a little bit different from most builds.
I'll be putting his current… Continue

Bio: In the days when sailing ships ruled the seas, the storms and winds of nature had tremendous power. So much power that a special kind of magic was born--and it arrived two forms. One called a "Bonny" and one called a "Tempest." A "Bonny" was a helpful storm that always seemed to push the sailors in the direction they wanted to go. A helpful guide that kept their sails full and their hulls off the rocks. As sailing ships began to disappear… Continue

This series is actually my first try on papercrafting. So the pics are new but the design is almost 2 years old. The basis for them was NiceBunnyTM & Hedkase copyright of Brian Castleforte (hope it's ok Brian!). Here you have Cyclops, Emma Frost and Beast with their Uncanny X-men Costumes. There are still four… Continue

A strange colorful dragon!
I love his colors and his happy face, but honestly, I'm not 100% satisfied about this guy... Well, I will make a new design without the wings, no textures, etc. Anyway, I work in this moment on "Le Grimuche", a new papertoy, so stay tuned ;)
Caution! Some folds/glue parts (mouth, belly) are a bit tricky :/

After building a few paper toys I decided to have a shot at designing one myself. I started doing sketches of various ideas and as I was doing them I decided I wanted a simple shape that I could easily modify for a series of models. Originally I was going to go for a "thinker" pose (i.e. sitting down, head resting on hand) and while some sketches seemed like they'd be simple enough I couldn't quite get it to be as simple as I'd like for my first… Continue
