It is licensed by Shin, actually. Based on what I heard from him, he was contacted by this stationary company that aiming to give better opportunity of paper crafting to those kids who do no own good printer in euro. n he liked about their concept so gave permission of using it.

Fair play to the man. I wish Shin would update his portfolio to include all these side projects and collaborations. Every year you discover some strange new project he's been working on, with nary a mention of it on his own site.
