I've been looking for the original templates for a while and I couldn't find the blank templates.
So I found the next best thing: designs on the template (hopefully still vector)

This is what I have, but I'm still interested in the original blank template :)

I was only able to find a few templates on Flicker myself. I'll upload them here once I get the chance. One is incredibly basic and could be manipulated into a blank template.

Made some contacts to see if I can locate the templates.

I've found one that could be stripped to a blank template.

So here the "blank" - template (vector)
